Ingredients:
1- 125gram of butter
2- 1/3 cup sugar
3- 2 eggs
4- 1/2 raising flour
5- 1/2 cup of flour
6. 2tsp of baking Powder
7- 1/4 cup of milk
The Cupcakes turned out not to bad because we didn't really mix the mixture that well and it was too liquidy, We first got all the ingredients. Then we mixed all of the ingredients together and it turned into a liquid mixture, we then got our muffin tray and also got 2 spoons, then get some mixture out of the bowl and put it in the muffin tray. We set the oven to 180c fan bake, we then put our muffins in the oven and waited for 15-20 minutes, and once they came out they were looking not bad.
2. Scones
Ingredients:
1- 3 cups plain flour
2- 6 teaspoon of baking powder
3- 1/4 of salt
4- grams of butter
5- 1 to 1/2 cup of milk
The Scones came out pretty good when they came out of the oven, We helped one another when we needed help and the product turned out really good. First we got all of our ingredients from the front of the room, we then got back into our groups and decided who's doing what. Next we got our big bowl and put all of our ingredients in the big bowl and started mixing it so we can get a good mixture for our scones. After that we put it in the oven and it turned out great.
3. Apple Spiced muffins
Ingredients:
1- 2 cup of flour
2- 3 1/4 of baking powder
3- 1/2 tsp of salt
4- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
5- 1 cup chopped peeled apple
6-1 egg, lightly beaten
7- 1 cup of milk
8- 1/3 cup melted butter
9- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
10- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
11- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
The apple spiced muffins were really good at start, I think my group was better than the other groups because I could taste the flavour of the apple and it stands out, when we work together as a team the product will come out good.
4. Friands
The Friands turned out alright because we worked as a team and the product worked really good. The flavour was nice and i think that it had more flavour than the cupcakes
