Sexxy essay- eXplain eXplain eXplain
-The atmosphere -The directors purpose -How it works with anther technique
Your link
- Another point in the film
-A similer film
Statement example-Colour is effective in helping to create the two worlds and show the theme ' looks can be deceiving. The real world study uses a colour palette predominantly of grey, whites and blue. This creates a cold, lonely and boring atmosphere. The director did this to show that Coraline is unhappy in the real world and her real father is too busy to spend time with her.The use of a cold natural light re-enforces this mood.Juxtaposed to this is the use of colour in the other world study.Vibrant reds, orange and yellows make the room feel warm, safe and cosy.Henry Selick used this palette show that Coraline is happier in the other world where the other father has time for her. This shows that looks can be deceiving because Coraline mistakes the bright perfect world for a safe place. When really it is a trap.

Video Game- Gone Rogue- Characters
Video Game Gone Rogue- Mario Series
For this task my character is going to be Mario. Mario is known for being a good guy along with Luigi and saving Princess Peach from Bowser Koopa ( Bad guy) , Bowser was the one who kidnapped Peach from the castle.
Were they good or bad?- In people's thoughts Mario was a good guy because he was the one that saved the princess from the evil person. ( Bowser)
Where did he come from? One day Mario and Luigi were roaming around the areas helping with plumbing until they heard something bad happened from the Castle/Kingdom
What happened? A plumber named Mario and his brother Luigi were traveling through the Mushroom Kingdom to save the princess from the evil Bowser. Plumber brothers Mario and Luigi from Brooklyn have just arrived in an outlandish realm called the Mushroom Kingdom. One day Mario and his brother Luigi were plumbing until they heard some bad news from the Kingdom. They went their and heard that the princess was kidnapped by the evil person ( Bowser). They then went looking for her and tried to save princess Peach from the kidnapper.
How has it changed them? Mario was too cocky, and he had too much confidence in himself.
Who is telling the story: From my point of the game. Mario is a type of person that helps people out. He is basically a hero by saving the princess. But he is becoming someone that has too much confidence and is being cocky.

The time when I went Hiking with my Passion project class..
It was a very cold morning, it was as cold as ice and snow and I was packing my lunch and bags to go hiking with my Passion project class. I was on my way to school when it started raining, I thought it was gonna be cancelled but turned out we were still going. Me, Zion , Dylan and Titaha packed everything up in the class and went straight to the school van.
We were on our way to the hills when I thought of a game to play on the way there. The game was called ‘see how many waves you can get from other people’ It was very fun and Zion got the most. Finally we arrived and the sun started to come out again. We were all happy because we got to eat first then hike.
It was time to start hiking, we first started walking across the beach, we then climbed some rocks to get up to the hill. Lastly we walked up the hill and we also saw some dog poo on the way up. I was trying to scare Titaha by throwing some at her but it didn’t happen because I’m not a mean person. We were half way up the hill when we saw lots of sheep’s to our right. My group and I started to run at the sheep’s but our teacher Mr. Williams told us to stay on track and follow the others.
It was getting very hot, and I was sweating. Mr. Kane then told all the groups to gather around him a form a circle around him. He told us we are approaching some abandoned houses. Then Titaha and Zion got scared. Dylan and I were just very excited to go in the houses. We were very close to the house when I heard a strange noise coming from the abandoned house, I come up closely and then ‘BOO’ I got scared and ran away really fast. While I was running back I looked back and it was Titaha. She was the one who scared me while I was coming up to the house. I was very scared, I was scared as a cat running away from a gigantic dog. But then she said ‘ That was payback from when you were trying to throw dog poop at me’ I then started laughing ‘ ahahahhahaah’.
Then we stopped and had a rest for a minute and also eat some food if you are hungry. After we ate we played a quick game of tag. It was very funny because I was the last to get tagged but no one could get me. Later on Mr. Kane gave all of us an ice block each and on our way back to the van Dylan nearly fell because he was running and he tripped on a rock plus our legs were very tired. Then we hopped in the van and went to Mcdonalds and got a frozen coke, It was very refreshing. After that we drove back to school and we all went home with a smile on our faces.

'The Merchant of Venice ' a key moment that shocked the reader was when Antonio agreed to forfeit a pound of flesh to Shylock if he didn't repay his bond. This moment was shocking, outrages, fascinating. This moment was important to the text as a whole because Shylock and Antonio didn't like each other but still agreed on the bond, Antonio was willing to risk his life for Bassanio, and Shylock didn't show mercy in claiming his bond.
Basic Body Paragraph x3
P-Point- The moment when Antonio agreed to the bond was shocking because Shylock and Antonio didn't get along.
E-Evidence-Antonio was a merchant and Shylock made a living lending people money with interest. While Shylock charged interest, Antonio lent money without interest and scorned Shylock for doing so. He also spat at Shylock and called him a "Cut throat dog".
E-Explain- Therefore, the reader is shocked to discover Antonio and Shylock can come to an agreement about money lending. It is also shocking because when Shylock calls Antonio out fro the way the treats him, Antonio tells Shylock that he will spit on him and call him a dog again.n This treatment is not usual between people who make agreement.
L-Link- With treatment like this from Antonio towards Shylock, and a promise to be just as cruel in the future, It is shocking that they both agreed to the bond.
Mirror Conclusion- TAKOL
In William Shakespeare 'The Merchant Of Venice' a key moment that shocked the reader was when Antonio agreed to forfeit a pound of flesh to Shylock if he didn't repay his bond. This was shocking because Antonio hated Shylock and promised to mistreat him in the future. Antonio was willing to die for Bassanio even tho he begged him not to take the risk. Finally, because Shylock had never shown mercy and did not at the trial. For these reasons it is clear that this moment was shocking to the reader.
